Our first visit to this Apartment Hotel was greeted by the concierge named Abu. 6 of us stayed in a 3 room apartment. The rooms were very well kept that we left our shoes at the entrance as it was so clean. We arrived at 2am and were very impressed with the service from Abu knowing that it was our first visit and a short 2 stay. He informed us on what could be done for the 2 days in Dubai which made our movement easier. We felt like he was our guide as the service was so personalized and sincerity was what we could see in him. The room facilities were awesome. In that late hour, Abu had made arrangement to get some shop guy to deliver what we wanted for our necessities.
The next day while at the tour desk Abu had left a note to give us some special discounts for the tour and we negotiated the price which we felt was real reasonable.
Evening he even called to see if all was well and if we needed any other assistance.
During checkout he managed us all by himself and gave us a warm send off. The personalized service enhanced the stay in the hotel and made the ambience like a homely atmosphere.
City Centre Shopping, train station, and 24hr K mart is across the road. A must stay hotel for its service, location and hospitality while in Dubai

Excellent service, clean and spacious rooms. The decor is lovely. Quite central location and only a few City Centre Shopping Mall is only a stone throw away. The metro is within a walking distance and helpful in avoiding vehicular traffic. The room is big I will stay there again

Me and my Hubby were in the hotel for a week and the quality of service was excellent, the staff are very pleasant and helpful, proximity to shopping malls is quite ideal. However, while the breakfast seemed to have variery, it was limiting for a diverse culture of guests and quickly gets monotonous.

I would recommend this hotel to my friends.

The flat screen TV is outdated. Didn't have a clear resolution. Wifi service needs to be improved to accommodate more then one device. Everything else was to my satisfaction. An ideal place to stay with a family. Highly recommended for couples or a family visiting Dubai on a holiday.
