“super convenient!”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed November 5, 2012

Basic modern and comfortable room, ideal for a few hours nap and a shower. Plenty of bars and restaurants in the departures terminal to eat in and makes a change from the lounges particularly for a 5 or 6 hour or more lay over....

Room Tip: Pay your bill at checki-in to avoid queuing at check out!

It doesn't come cheap but it works out very well in terms on convenience.
I had a 20 hour layover in Dubai and this was the perfect option. No hustle, very quiet , grabbed a bite at one of the eateries in the terminal building.

A quick tip, make your booking online through one of the proxy booking options like trip advisor. It costs less than a walk in booking or booking through the hotel website.

The hotel offers a discount for repeat travellers.

Reservation - they have staff who will pick you up from the entry into the hotel either from the aerobridge or while exiting from the bridge. Please note that Transit passengers have to take the right side gate while getting off the bus. A bit of a walk after a security screening (need to change about 2 lifts). The hotel is in two parts - West side and East side. Pax who are taking the connecting flight from Terminal 1 are advised to take the DIH (West side). Big rooms, with full bathroom accessories, fruit platter, coffee / tea including milk and milk powder. Ironing facility available. The Executive rooms (I took one on the way back) has a massage chair (did not use it since all time was used up sleeping!). The check in and check out facility was quite fast. The Executive rooms are about 3 times more expensive than the regular rooms. My advise is to book in advance and that too for a regular room. Since you are most likely to only sleep and use the shower. The bathrooms provide a robe, toothbrush/paste, comb and regular toiletaries. They have a bar, though I did not use it. They have room service for food and the prices looked quite reasonable. So those wanting to have a breakfast before checking out can do so, in the comfort of their rooms. Please note that Terminal 3 is now pretty crowded and you will not get much space to move around. Also, Emirates is know to offload pax who fail to turn up to the departure gate 35 minutes before scheduled departure. So keep an eye on the watch while shopping!

My spouse and I spent a few hours at the Hotel in Terminal 3 travelling back to South Africa from SanFrancisco. We had an 8 hr transit which was too short for a city stopover and much too long to wait on the hard seats in the terminal. We had prebooked this hotel the night before knowing we would be very jetlagged on arrival in Dubai and crossing may Time Zones before our early morning connection to Johannesburg.
The hotel is situated right in the middle of Teminal 3 and easily accessible from the duty free area. Its a very clean , well decorated, friendly, comfortable hotel, rooms are spacious and bathroom a welcome relief after all the travelling. The room is well equipped with tea/coffee making machine, fruit bowl and amenities. Our window looked out over the Business Class lounge area ( one way glass of course). After a refreshing but short 4 hrs of sleep, we were fresh and ready to embark on another 8 hr flight home.
I certainly will use this hotel on any stopover longer than 5 hrs as its worth stretching out the shower does wonders.

Room Tip: after 16 hrs flying.... all you need is a bed!so view doesnt matter and all rooms are the same.

I stayed here one night because I was ill and couldn't sleep on the seats next to gates as I usually do when I travel. I realized there is a hotel right in the middle of terminal 1 and decided I really need some rest. I expected the price to be high so I stayed just for 6 hours. I forgot that the price consists not only from price per hour, but also from entering fee, so I was quite surprised when I had to pay the bill.
This hotel mainly serves to businessmen and wealthy people (not to teenage backpackers as me) and therefor there is nothing to complain about. Room was big and clean, service was perfect. And best of all, I had a view on my gate from my hotel window.

Absolutely loved this hotel and it's amenities. It's easier to access this hotel directly from Emirates T3 terminal right before even going through customs and passport control. This hotel offers meet and assist for some travellers and can take your through security check in no time.

Since T3 in Dubai is fairly new, the amenities in this hotel are all top notch up to date design specs. Even the room service was fantastic! Don't be afraid to try something new on this menu and either the braised lamb or the Indian Fish, simply fantastic and reasonable pricing. Don't forget to tip the folks working here as they are eastern immigrants you can tell working long hours and they deserve it. I tipped my room serviceman, and he brought be extra bottles of water and juice. Great experience overall at this hotel.

The only reason I didn't give it a 5/5 is that it is a bit high on the price per stay based on what is has to offer. Believe you me, at times it seemed it's worth every penny but I have stayed in much better hotels for better value as well which I simply cannot ignore.

Room Tip: Any room here is a good room. I've stayed in a few!

I slept there on my way from Madrid to Sydney. I got a really nice room, for about 120 euro, total silence, huge bed full of pillows and really nice service too. What else would you want from a Terminal hotel? really recomend
