This restaurant is not the jazziest, trendiest or the most popular place you will go in Dubai. But it is casual dining, relaxe atmosphere, very fresh seafood (you can taste the freshness) and full of flavour.
I can highly recommend the Ocean Mix Soup (crab, shrimp, fish), its simply delicious and at around £3.50 per bowl very good value for money. Also tasty is the fried Sultan.
Something of a difference is the 'swing chairs' though I hasten to add that they are anchored.
It's location may well be off the beaten track for most tourists and because it is on the high street, getting a parking space can be a challenge.
The experience when dining in was such that on another occassion we ordered a 'home delivery'. The manager was kind enough to advise that some of the quality may be lost - he was correct but it was still lovely. I would suggest when ordering a delivery that they you ensure they they are aware of your location and that they advise of the delivery charge if any.
Our delivered meal came to 138 Dirhams (£25) and fed 3 persons with some left overs.
