“Clean decent hotel”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed October 29, 2013 via mobile

Good price. Nice clean rooms, excellent gym for 3*** star hotel. Unfortunatelly at the reception desk, guy called Amir, was very unpolite. His acting was inacceptable. Was paying by credit card, which didnt seem to work..so he literally throwed it towards me saying " declained" . Even I never have had that problem, I gave an other credit card. Happened exactly the same thing. I kindly asked him to try it again, he was so rude!!!Then an other guy came and gave him an idea to try the other mashine, which of course worked. There was no apology, nothing.

Highly recommended for those travelling by car: the location in this case is convenient, parking is spacious and hotel is nice, clean and comfortable. Food is pricey but there are a lot of places nearby: try Agemono: really tasty and cheap Japanese and Philippine food.
The beach is accessible by foot but the way is not that pleasant so i'd go by car or taxi (costs Dh10).

We stayed here for one night and I was pleasantly surprised. The hotel is close to downtown, mall of the emirates and jumeirah beach, but not close to any metro station. It is a bit futuristic in design, with big clean rooms and very comfortable beds.
On the downside, wifi is only free for one hour, the food is average and the doors separating each room don't provide enough isolation in case you happen to stay next to someone a bit noisy. However, when that happened they were willing to let us change rooms, which I really appreciated as we had an early flight.
Overall it was a good experience. Since I need my wifi everywhere I go, I would probably forgo the comfort of the beds for an equally nice hotel with free internet.

Room Tip: Since there isn't really a spectacular view, I would go with the rooms on the ground floor as th...

We live in Muscat and wanted to get away for an overnight break in Dubai at the end of Eid. I booked this hotel last minute online based on the tripadvisor reviews I had read. I can confirm that the tripadvisor rating of 4 out of 5 is accurate for this three star hotel. We paid 62 GBP for a superior room.

We arrived at 15:30 and check in was friendly and quick. The hotel is only one year old and we found the condition to be very clean, bright and modern. There is a free underground car park although access is not that clear. You have to kind of drive around the houses a bit to get to the entrance.

The room was not large but adequate for out overnight stay. I have to say I thought the room was decorated to a very good standard with a nice modern look and good quality bathroom fixtures. The shampoo and body wash provided were terrible and very poor quality. Would suggest the owners spend a bit more money and get decent ones. Additionally the bathroom drains backed up frequently although to be fair, I didn't report this until check out. The bed was really comfortable and the room was quiet. There was a TV, coffee/tea facility and a safe which was a nice touch for a three star hotel. (Not always available) Also pleased with the 1 hour complimentary WIfi access per day.

The hotel location is not great for public transport however there are metered hotel taxis always outside that are reliable, clean and safe. The taxis in Dubai in general are great and cheap. It was 25 AED to get to the Dubai mall and 60 AED to get to Mall of Emirates. (The standard cabs are a bit cheaper but not much) The train is too far to walk to the station. There is a small convenience store just around the corner and the nearest ATM is about 5 minutes walk from the hotel in a department store. (Western Department store I think??)

We checked out after a very reasonable breakfast the following day. Full cooked breakfast (non pork) and continental selection available. All very tasty except the coffee which tasted like hot crude oil.

Overall, we were satisfied with out stay and would return. Recommended for a short stay or business trip.

My wife and I stayed at this hotel for 11 nights and were both pleasantly happy with this hotel.
The hotel not located in the best neighborhood of Dubai but is not in the worst either. It is not often easy to find as most cabs driver do not know it. It is however very close to the Iranian Hospital which is well known by the locals.

The establishment has a very modern feel and a rather simple but yet classy layout. The staff is generally very helpful and I must say thank you to Aileen who has made sure our stay was as pleasant as possible.

The room was a decent size and had all the minimum one needs. I must say that the bed was not only comfortable but was also a decent size.

There is AED200 deposit that must be paid upon arrival and that is refundable once you check-out. What we did find a bit odd that this deposit served as "pre-paid" room service and Wi-Fi (only free for 1 hour per day and thereafter you have the choice to pay hourly, daily etc... which is NOT convenient). So once you use the whole AED200, you must go and pay another deposit of AED200... My wife and I absolutely hated this policy which by the way was not explained when checking in.

The room service food is not good at all with the exception of the Tandoori chicken. We ordered various item on their menu from breakfast to lunch/ diner and even desert. The pizzas are definitely a big no; not to mention the All American Breakfast which has nothing american to it (Baked beans for breakfast is more British than anything else). Drinking from the mini-bar should be avoided as it's 10 times more exceptive than buying from the convenient store located right downstairs from the hotel, the same building (open 24/7).

The room was clean daily and towels changed upon request (leave them on the floor).

The hotel is about 15 to 20 minutes away from most attraction in Dubai but limousines are available right in front of the hotel at all time (except late at night) for a fairly reasonable price.

If you are going as a tourist, Sky Land, a tour operator would be a helpful. They have an agent right in the lobby. Try the day in the desert ! Awesome !

If you're not worried about the neighborhood and want to save a some cash in accommodation, then I would definitely recommend Corp Executive Al Khoory Hotel.

I've attached some pictures of the room which looks just like the one on their website. I personally decorated it with some rose petals and scented candles to create a romantic atmosphere for my loved one :) [candles can be dangerous due to risk of fire - hotel policy might not allow it]

Room Tip: Room with street views are generally not great as you see people roofs!

This was relatively new hotel when we stayed there.
Room was clean, furniture was new. There were private safe box, mini bar (not free), tea pot, coffee, tea, milk, water (free). Wi-Fi is available. Breakfast is very good, fresh and different. Hotel restaurant is available whole day, prices are normal. The fintess center on the top floor. No swiming pool.
Hotel located in 5 min walk to sea. Public beach is free and clean. Opposite to hotel is Iranian Hospital, so it is no problem with explanation of hotel address to taxi driver. Near the hotel lots of pakistanian cafes, bars. Metro stations are far from hotel. We used only taxi, e.g. from hotel to Dubai mall we paid 15 - 25 AED (4-7$).

As many others I agree that is good value for your money but I had a terrible experience when I finally checked out. Other comment that seems to be common is the slow check in and during my 5 day stay in Dubai I would say the problem is not only checking in... personnel is quite slow for pretty much any request and inefficient in my experience.

The worst came at the end... Amir a guy that was not helpful at all since the beginning said I had damaged the toilet, the lid was loose since I got there but never thought if letting them know since it was not a problem. He argued that they had proof and brought a concierge that spoke lousy lousy english.... It was the worst experience I had, we argued, I got pissed, I tried to leave since they had a hold for the room charges anyway, etc, etc...

Conclusion: if you stay there anyway make sure to report any damages you notice in advance because I'll assure they won't be afraid to blame it on you. Too bad bc apart from this it was good value for my money.
