“Thrilling”

Brilliant, with a lot of choice. Thrills and spills on fast or slow rides. Wonderful for all ages - safe bathing and the usual ever attentive lifeguards.

“GREAT waterpark with some top notch rides.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2013

Not for the faint of heart of course, but an excellent way to spend a few hours! We had passes through the Jumeirah Creekside hotel which was a nice perk for sure!

“Okay... good outing for kids”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 31, 2013

Cons- expensive entry, poor service, crammed and little place to sit. Bathrooms badly in need of an upgrade.
Pro- the ride we did as a family was great... it was like riding rapids upwards! I lived that it led from one ride to another. It is one if the coolest watermark rides I've ever been on. There were plenty of food outlets with a decent variety of food for sale. Their prices were reasonable too.
I guess we are spoilt in South Africa as we have amazing concept water parks (ironically developed by the same hotelier that developed Atlantis) and with this being Dubai I was expecting something over the top. We paid for Over the top and got okay. Fortunately, we are all 'water babies' and still had fun though.

Thank you for your review. I am pleased to hear you had a fun time during your visit to Wild Wadi.

In regards to your comment about our expensive entry, please note that the prices we charge for Admission, restaurants, lockers, and towels are benchmarked with our competitors. We will continue to benchmark our prices and ensure that we are competitive. We also ensure that we have special offers & passes yearly. To find out more about of offers please visit our website to learn more about it: http://www.jumeirah.com/en/hotels-resorts/dubai/wild-wadi/offers/.

Your comment about poor service certainly does not reflect our standards. If the time permits, please email us ww-guestfeedback@wildwadi.com with details to tell us about your experience. This will help us identify where we can improve and provide you with a better service in the future.
Regarding your comment about the park being crammed with little place to sit, please note that the waterpark usually gets busy from 12 noon until closing time especially on weekends (Fri-Sat) which makes finding a sun loungers inpopular locations (by the pool) difficult to find. We recommend you to visit us during opening time (10am) and weekdays (Sun-Thurs) so you can find a sun lounge & enjoy our rides.

Lastly, I am happy to inform you that we are planning a full refurbishment of our locker room facilities and our changing rooms during our maintenance period from 12 January to 13 February. I hope you would consider to visit us again on your next trip to Dubai.

Regards,
Chris Perry,
General Manager.

“Amazing”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2013

We loved it! We all went on the rides together as a family, the camera was waterproof and we had a wristband that was used to pay for food, drinks, etc..
The other items we had were not valuable (suntan lotion, sunglasses, towels), so we felt safe leaving them on the sun loungers! Family friendly, very safe, and the staff/lifeguards were very helpful :)

“overpriced experience”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed December 30, 2013

Park is having some nice slides and it is overall clean place. However, compared to similar park in Canary islands, this is fitted to much smaller area and the prices are much higher. Also for some western people it may feel a bit too excotic place as most of the visitor are from Asia and e.g. bathing their clothes on in the pool area.

We have a swimwear policy that follows international codes for swimming facilities.
It is unfortunate to hear the this policy was not enforced the on the day you visited. We will certainly address this with our Security, Admissions, and Operations colleagues.
