We stayed at this hotel in Jan for 3 nights on our way back from New Zealand to London and have to say it was a great place to stay and relax, esp if you have kids. Our 3 yr son loved the beach and the little play area for toddlers - it was mostly in the shade and had some great water features which all kids love. We mostly has room service as were too tired to go out to eat but did have breakfast in the executive lounge every day which was very good and the staff were very attentive and nice to the kids. We did go out for lunch one day and found lots of nice restaurents minutes away from the hotel. on the other days we just ate at the pool bar/restaurent at he hotel which was ok but could get boring after a few days as it had a limited menu. The room was a good size and had a side view of the beach/sea - it was large enough for the 4 of us with 2 great size beds to share with our 2 boys. Only downside was the bathroom which was a bit small and crammed - not the usual standard for Hilton hotels. However the toiletries were great :) I also had a heavenly massga at the spa so would recommend this.

Room Tip: Sea view rooms on the lower floor are really no different to the ones on the higher floor. Also if y...

Location of the Hotel is perfect - close to the beach with own loungers and towel service. Yes there is some construction work close to the hotel but on the Hotel Homepage we've been informed about that in advance and upon arrival they offered us to choose a different room without noise of the construction work. The service was perfect. I'll definitely book this hotel again.

Room Tip: Ask on which side of the hotel is the constructon work ongoing.

What incredible service is extended to guests at the Hilton. From the beach to the bar. The restaurants (providing you have children over 10) to room service. The Hilton can do nothing about the cranes and they graciously moved us and upgraded our stay. It's been 5 years since we last visited dubai and we couldn't understand why the beach area is so crowded and queues for the beach restaurant. We discovered the new Hilton residence guests have access to the hotel's facilities. The staff are amazing and I hope they are rewarded now the public areas are twice as busy. As parents of a just one child who is nearly 7 we were looking forward to going to certain restaurants as he was only baby last time we visited. I completely understand that certain restaurants do not want their guests exposed to screams and toddlers running around. But equally if you are a parent of say a 9 year old you are forced into a week of high chairs, prams and toddlers running around. Maybe the hotel could look into flexing the age at some of their restaurants on site or a curfew perhaps until 9.00pm, especially as they open at 6.30/7.00.

Room Tip: Avoid the side of the cranes (entrance side)

I had the pleasure of staying here the last time I flew through Dubai. I usually stay at Le Meridian - Airport, but all the rooms were booked for the Dubai Festival. Being a HHonors member, I decided to try the Hilton Jumeirah Beach. What a great choice! From my check-in with Ms. Darejan Iskakova (who provided excellent, friendly and professional service!) to checkout, I totally enjoyed my stay. The sea view room with the balcony is a must!
The Hilton is in an area where there are many restaurants within a short walk and has beautifull views of the beach. The buffet breakfast is a must-do! The only downsides were the construction next door and the distance from the airport. I will be staying here again.

First of all, thanks to the all the receptionists and attendants who were very helpful from the moment I checked into the hotel. The hotel made my honeymoon trip comfortable and memorable. The breakfast buffet was awesome and was luxurious. I picked the KING CORNER ALCOVE ROOM for my stay and it was heavenly. The room was spacious and comfortable with ceiling to floor windows all around. The location was perfectly situated in the heart of Jumeirah beach with lots of restaurants and spas around. The sandy beach with its luxurious towels and pools were a plus. Although it was far from major attractions like Burj Khalife a cab ride cost about 40 dirhams.I would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone going there for the first time.

I'm a Hilton fan and this hotel is pretty awesome. The staff were beyond accomodating, the care and professionalism were dually noted. Swift service, helpful blah blah blah. BUT the rooms. Sigh. While nicely decorated and very clean, the walls were paper thin. You hear everything. And by everything, I mean EVERYTHING. Yes, I'm talking about that. What's worse is if you have a room with a street view, the rowdy crowds rage all night and it does seep into the room. Every door on the floor that closes reverberates in your room with a bang making sleep nearly impossible. It could have been the week of my stay, it could have been the floor I was placed - I do not know. But I do know that the partying in either room next to me, the voices from the balconies and outside until 5:45 in the am made me think I was back in Panama City at Spring Break. Yikes. Sorry, Hilton - would like to give you a 5 because it is an immaculate property but it was not a restful stay.

Room Tip: Ask for a room with no neighbors and facing the ocean, not the rowdy all-night partying street scene...
