We visited At.mosphere for afternoon tea whilst staying in Dubai in November. We booked online the day before and were lucky to be given a window seat. We were booked for 15.30 and managed to see the afternoon day light and also the sunset. We had the non alcoholic afternoon tea which included unlimited soft drinks and mocktails at a cost of £50 per head. The tea included 5 open finger sandwiches, 1 quiche, 1 slider roll, 5 mini cakes and 2 scones each as well as a pot of tea afterwards. We spent nearly 2 1/2 hours at the table and were never asked to move even when the restaurant area was getting busy. As we had a reservation we didn't need to queue for access to the top etc. For the extra cost of having tea compared with the At The Top viewing deck it is certainly worth it. Food quality was good although not as good as what you would get having afternoon tea in the hotels in London. Only criticism was the dress code - no flip flops, no bare shoulders, no t-shirts or shorts for men only long sleeve shirts and trousers with full shoes. We were not that compliant purely because of the fact we didn't bring some of the items with us on holiday and no one said anything but just be warned! Entrance is a little confusing - its not with the same queue as at At The Top, it is on the next floor up in the mall - when you ask make sure you tell them you have a reservation at At.mosphere and not just for At The Top.
