Overall the professionalism and service from Balloon Adventures Emirates is very very good. However the let down is mainly from the weather, and the actual scenery that could be seen. Was expecting some sights of Burj Khalifa at least, seeing it is the highest building in the world, but, firstly, the foggy weather wouldn't allow it and secondly, have some doubts that won't be possible even in clear skies. However, credits to the professionalism of the crew for the rebooking on the windy first day, meaning I was still able to have the first balloon trip with the very professional Captain Mike.
Few issues with the drop back (delayed) due to the extra adventurous landing zone inside the conversation area, where it was nice to see a wild onyx. However, the service is otherwise good.
Will definitely recommend it to first timers but bit of luck required for good feb weather.

We like your phrase, "Extra adventurous landing zone" :)

Like it says on the website "A promise of a great Adventure!" Which you certainly got that morning!
We are likewise disappointed for you though, on your expectation to see the Burj Khalifa. Yes it is the tallest tower in the world but unfortunately it is not one of the things that we advertise that you might see on our flights. The fact you flew into the conservation reserve also meant your direction was heading away from Dubai. We do hope that people booking the flight understand that the Dubai Skyline, and Burj Khalifa views are not part of the excursion.
