“Excellent choice”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 30, 2013

I stayed here for a mini break before I headed onto Kuwait on business. I was a little dubious about booking this hotel being by the airport and it being a premier inn, however, how wrong was I. It was the perfect choice.

The hotel from the moment I arrived offered excellent service, probably better than some of the other 5* hotels in Dubai that I've stayed in over the years. The rooms were excellent and very quiet even though you're so close to the airport and a busy road. The rooftop swimming pool is a real added luxury in this hotel, it offers sun loungers and complimentary towels, and great views of the airport and the city.

I would most certainly stay here again, the restaurant and bar are good and the costa coffee is perfect. Would recommend to families, couples and business people alike.

Rates are good to if you can book in advance.

I stayed here for just over a week in December 2012.

First of all, the location is fantastic. Though close to the airport, it is quiet inside. I was apprehensive when booking as I thought aircraft noise may be an issue. It most certainly isn't.

The hotel provides a free shuttle bus service to a variety of locations including malls and beaches. If you are unsure of what to do, just use this service and you will likely discover something you may never have otherwise tried. There is also a shuttle every 30 mins that goes direct to the airport, so there is no need to worry about travel arrangements when departing.

The members of staff are great too; from the room cleaners to the receptionists, you are greeted with respect and genuine friendliness whenever you see them.

As for the room itself, it was clean and comfortable, which ultimately is all you want during your stay. For what you are paying (essentially a budget hotel) you could not get better value for money. I would recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Dubai, be it for business or pleasure.

We stayed here for one night. Honestly, I would go back over and over again to this hotel! It is right opposite of Dubai airport and you DON'T hear a thing while sleeping. The staff is beyond friendly and helpful. The room is 5* clean (you get towels, shampoo/shower gel, soap) and we had a view of Dubai downtown. After the breakfast (different kind of bread, jams, butter, juice, coffee, tea, sausages, ..), we took free hotel shuttle bus to visit Dubai mall (you can choose different stations in downtown where you want to get off the bus). The staff was so kind to keep our bags in the special storage, so we could roam around the city freely. In the evening, we got back to the hotel by taxi (which was around 6 euros for a 20 min ride) and took the free hotel-airport shuttle bus to the Terminal 3. I would strongly recommend this hotel to everyone! Good luck and have a safe flight!

We had a 10 hour layover and so apreciated being able to sleep. The rooms are nice and purple, the beds are soft and there is a TV. The buffet was ok but I was a bit disappointed because there was little variety. The swimming pool was on the roof which was relaxing but I would discourage people going at midday because then the sun is way too strong.

We selected this hotel for its proximity to Dubai airport to break up our return Europe to Australia flight, having stayed there on the trip over some three months earlier. We found the quality and service just as good as our previous stay. We again utilised the terrific free hotel-airport shuttle bus service which runs every half hour 24/7 - locating the pickup point at the terminal is a little tricky and we noted other travellers experiencing similar problems we had on our first visit, but we knew the system so no problems second time round. The room was modern, clean, comfortable and quiet. The hotel staff were excellent and went out of their way to accommodate our requirements. We will definitely stay at the hotel again on any future visits to Dubai

The staff REALLY make you feel at home. They greet you with a smile and ask how you are going whether it is the young man who helps get your bags in off the free airport shuttle, the waitressed in the lobby restaurant which serves a delicious buffet breakfast or the reception staff who smile broadly and are very helpful whenever you pass through the lobby. You can access the free shuttle to take you to a number of local shopping outlets and it is a short 10 min walk to the closest train station at Emirates where there is also a good mini supermarket, coffee shop, gift shop and Emirates official merchandise shop.
There is a rooftop swimming pool and gym as well with limited opening hours. Plenty of towels there and the gym has easy to use machines.
And FREE wi fi
I would definitely stay here again!

I spent four nights at this hotel. The staff went out of their way to be helpful (e.g. booking me a tourist outing when the tour operator I booked with cancelled), and they were very good at dealing with demanding and irate (and rude) customers.

The hotel is right by the airport, but windows are good so I didn't hear airport noise. Free shuttle to beaches, airport (24 hours a day to and from the terminals), and many tourist attractions and malls. Room was clean and well-maintained. Gym was very tidy and with new machines and weights. Loved the roof-top pool, especially as it was protected from the wind.

I ate two dinners at the restaurant and also enjoyed the free breakfast. The restaurant manager was exceptionally polite and friendly. Free wifi was fast and with good signal strength.

Only suggestion I have is to have a voicemail feature for the phone system, as there was no way to leave a message for anyone other than calling the front desk to have them write it down. Also, my bed was a bit hard and lumpy on one side. This was easily fixed, as the housekeeper put another thick comforter/duvet underneath the sheets.

I will stay here again.

Room Tip: Ask for a quieter room if you want to sleep soundly, otherwise a higher room has better views. Some...
