Love this hotel. Staff so helpful, room so spacious and the bed so comfortable. You do have to get to most places via taxi but they are so cheap it didn't matter. Pizza pasta night was excellent value for money and the food superb!

I found this as a good budget alternative to stay very close to the Mall of the Emirates - it is just a 5 minute walk away across the street. The hotel is clean, rooms are good, quiet locality though it is very easily accessible to the Metro station (700m). Great if you have a conference in the Kempinski or Burj Amin or Internet city. Great if you are there for shopping in the Mall of the Emirates (with the ski rink). Great if you want to sightsee as the metro is very close to the hotel.

From the beginning of or stay to end, all were near perfection! The staffs were friendly and helpful, breakfast was delicious, and the room was perfect for us!

It was quite big for three of us, has small table and sofa, and they also provide curtain to separate 'bedroom' and 'living room. Other amenities in the room also very satisfactory, flat screen TV, plenty of storage, safe deposit box, and bathroom with separate toilet, shower area, and bath tub.

Too bad they didn't have free internet connection in room, but I still can get free wifi and using computer terminal in lobby. TV channel was standard, only one or two channel for kids.

Getting around was easy. Taxi was available in front of hotel, and there was not-so-near Metro station. Mall of Emirates is just 5-10 minutes walking, but bear in mind you have to cross busy street to go there.

Room service was quick, and the taste is OK. But until now I still wondered, why they served Indonesian Nasi Goreng together with bread :)

And If you need activities like desert safari, they can arrange it for you. Just tell them what you wish

Definitely a nice place to stay during our trip to Dubai!
