“Convenient Location and Cheap”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 18, 2014

This is worth the money you pay for. Clean rooms with all the facilities you need. Friendly staff and easy checkin and checkout. No trouble at all. Conveniently located to access all the areas in Dubai. Walking distance from the Karama metro station. Lots of good restaurants are also conveniently located close by. Good place to stay with the family. Only disadvantage is they don't have heated pool and the water was very cold as I visited the place in winter.

This property is neatly tucked on Kuwait road, Bur Dubai. The property looks small from the outside façade but as you step in, you are greeted by the huge lobby overlooking all the floors. The staff were very courteous and helpful. The Buffet breakfast was very good. Supermarket, food joints, and metro station was all within walking distance. The rooms are very chic and spacious. Overall a perfect place for budget Indian traveller.

Room Tip: The basic studio room is good enough for a family of 4 including 2 children.

My husband & I stayed in a 1 bedroom apartment which was absolutely massive & had a good kitchen. Decor is dated. The bed configuration was 2 single beds which we had to get housekeeping to join to make a double which wasn't ideal. There was no dish washing liquid, cloth or tea towel for doing the dishes which was odd. The room was clean & comfortable. I booked using booking.com which stated the apartment had a balcony which it did not. This didn't 't bother us as the rooms with balconies are at the front of the hotel & could be noisy as they face a busy road. Our room was on the 7th floor & very quiet. There is a great little supermarket just up the road and the metro is an easy 10 min walk from the hotel. Breakfast is value for money with adequate selection. Staff are not particularly friendly but perform their duties well. Recommend

Room Tip: 1 bedroom apartments are large. Back rooms look into other rooms but are quiet. We stayed in 708 &am...

I stayed in a studio apartment for 10 nights over Christmas and New Year and had a pleasant stay.Rooms clean and comfortable beds ,great having a washing machine in your room.Very near to the metro and short walk up to Burjman Mall.Spinneys(supermarket) with a few eating places also very near,Staff were helpful and rooms cleaned thoroughly every day.Pool area nice and the steam room ,sauna and gym all ok. Only downside is we had to pay for wi-fi and with a teenage son it soon mounts up.Dubai was very clean and safe we found it easy to get around using the metro and the taxis are reasonably priced .The Royal Swim with Dolphins at the Palm Atlantis was a great Christmas day treat .The malls are amazing and the food courts there are cheap and suits all tastes. The big bus tour was worth doing as you get to see a lot of Dubai.Would go back and stay there as it was worth what I paid.nice bit of sunshine for us.

The hotel was clean and the staff extremely friendly. The apartments have all the necessary facilities for staying a week or so. I found the price very good as we booked early and got a good rate. The hotel is situated in the Burdubai area, which is about 12km from the Burj Kalifur and Dubai Mall, but the Metro Rail is only a brisk 10 minute walk from the hotel. A train ride to our destination usually cost us an average of about 4 Durhams. There is also a bus stop outside the hotel. The breakfast was good and it gave us a good start to a busy day and night in the city and surroundings..

In its day this would have been an excellent hotel. The entrance was majestic but the staff are surly. They did improve as the days went on. As others have said the rooms are tired but huge and the beds are firm. The gym is also tired and the pool is lacking attention as the handrails move about.
In all it is ok, the breakfast is bearable and rooms are not the most important thing. The location is very good as only a five min walk to the metro(a well used system)
