Loved the location close to emirates mall alot of little shops close to the hotels staff and friendly and helpful apartments are stocked and clean and the price is fantastic for what you are getting.

Ask for a corner room you get open and bright space

Stayed for business. Booked a studio but was upgraded to a 1 bedroom apartment.
Check-in/out was quick, nice underground parking, great room. I particularly liked their bathrooms.
Have not used their breakfast or room service. Rooms are great and spacious rooms and very clean.
Location, just off the Sheikh Zayed Road in close vicinity to Mall of Emirates. Great value for money!

We booked the ambassador suite (3 bedrooms + HUGE living room + big entrance + fully equipped kitchen + 3 toilets 2 of them with bath tube and shower).

It is really very nice hotel apartment, very nice for a big family, very quite, no dancing club which is good for us, clean and the staff is really helpful.

Location is not bad, if the weather good you can walk to Mall of Emirates, but if it is hot, may be the car will be better. I think this hotel will be very very nice if you have car as they have also a free private parking in the basement floors.

This hotel was excellent! Clean, comfortable, great service and value!

The check-in staff were very courteous to deal with. We arrived early and had no problem getting our room cleaned whilst we had a short wait. We also booked the studio but got upgraded to the 1-bedroom which was huge, certainly too big for a couple.

The pool and gym facilities are great, and the concierge was extremly helpful throughout our stay, helping us with luggage, directions and booking tours for us.

The location in Al Barsha is not bad, within walking distance to the Mall of the Emirates or Metro Sharaf DG if you are fit (it is hot!), otherwise taxis are convenient and pretty cheap throughout Dubai. It is also a short trip to the Palm Islands and Burj Al Arab.

Would stay again.

While this isn't a fancy or luxurious hotel, we experienced no significant issues that would prevent us from staying here again. We had a 2 bedroom apartment which we found very spacious and adequate for our needs. This hotel was very clean and housekeeping did a great job each day servicing the room. The front desk staff was always helpful and handled what few hiccups we had professionally and to our satisfaction. The breakfast buffet was unimpressive but convenient and a reasonable value if you prepay at check-in to get the discount. The pool was clean and refreshing and we appreciated the shade coverings.

We were lucky that all of our taxi drivers were familiar with the hotel and its location. Just in case, ask the front desk for a contact/business card that has a small map on the back. This is helpful if your taxi driver isn't familiar with the Coral Al Khoory.

There is nothing special about this hotel at all. I woke up with the worst headache in the world..... I thought was dehydrated, but my wife also woke up, with a stuffy nose and a headache...

It seems All dust and smoking is not being filtered by Air Cindition, hence the extra dryness.

That can be argued its not within their 'control'.... For two and half days there was no soap in the toilets, we complained to the cleaning staff, they Said sorry can't do much.

So we complained to the management and it was sorted out in a few minutes. Another issue was that We wanted room cleaned and on one of the days we had to get firm since it was 4 pm and no one came to clean. And sure enough they came.

A forth issue was their breakfast buffet was nasty.... Don't think about it...

Lastly and this is a big issue for us was the wifi. As if being charged for it was not enough, which is not acceptable as a practice anymore, but the worse Part was it had to be one time login only, for an hour or a day pass, if you switch off, or if you leave the hotel you lost your money. To top matters that already bad, you can only use wifi only in the lobby of hotel......

The area is not special, nor is the hotel.... It was priced cheaper than average ......now we know why

This was my second visit to this hotel. The apartments are comfortable, spotlessly clean, and well furnished and equipped. The hotel restaurant provides excellent food, and is reasonably priced. Would use again.

Room Tip: On this occasion I had an apartment on the top floor and did notice the noise from the A/C units if...
