Rooms were kept clean, twice I called to gave issues addressed, twice they were addressed promptly and courteously and both times within their "14 Minute Promise"
Food was good, staff were courteous
Internet in Foyer and room was free, however the average speed if 128 kbps was far slower than expected.
Excellent lication for Mall If The Emirates and Dubai Metro
Would I stay here again? Definitely.
Would i recommend Ibis MOE? Definitely.

The hotel has a good lobby and decent rooms. its a budget hotel and you can experience budgeting in breakfast spread, water bottles in rooms, toiletries basically for every service that you can count to be free in other hotels. The reception staff is pleasant and courteous.

The location is good with quick access to main areas nearby. Walking distance from Mall of emirates makes the stay here much preferred.

Stayed two nights here to break up return trip from London to Melbourne. Found all aspects of the hotel wonderful, no problems at all. Highly recommended. Only negative, free wifi is fine but the speed was terrible. Wifi in the rooms would be great but only available through Ethernet cable.

I have stayed at the Ibis Mall Of the Emirates on three Gulf trips, latterly in September 2013, and feel it a provides an excellent, functional and cost effective option for anyone visiting Dubai on business. I found the staff most helpful and efficient which, since the standards are generally high, suggests that the place is well managed.

I agree with the other recent reviews and feel that the one area which requires attention is internet access. Whilst I found it useful to have access to two PCs in the lobby, fast 'FOC' Wifi in the rooms, even if the room charge was then a little higher, would be so much better. Incidentally full marks to the reception staff who were able to assist me with Emirates check in and printing of the boarding pass, help which was needed but was quietly offered rather than insisted on by me

Other points:-

1) The Mall is a relatively short walk but more than long enough to get overheated when it is hot, crossing the roads en route requires confidence and good timing
2) Anyone being collected by friends on business contacts should make sure that they appreciate that you are not at the Al Barsha Ibis which in my experience they tend to assume

I will book again when next in Dubai

I visited this hotel for 5 days with my wife. It was clean and modern. The staff were helpful.Bed was a classic ibis bed which was more than comfortable. It's next to mall of emirates and near to most of the attractions (Palm Dubai,Burj el Arab,Madinat Jumeirah). Just two downsides: 1) No wireless internet in the rooms only in the lobby 2) No hand towels. I would definitely recommend this hotel and would definitely come again

The trip was short - 2 days - the hotel comfortable - only negative comment the laundry return is slow - the restaurant was fine regarding evening meals, did not use other facilities - please note WiFi only in lobby, LAN ( wired ) connection in rooms
