“Great value for money hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 11, 2014

This hotel is a great choice if you want to have a good quality hotel with high service, but you don't want to pay to much for a hotel room. We enjoyed the facilities like the coffee bar, good breakfast, nice but small swimming pool (really not enough sunbeds), vending machines and free WIFI. The room had everything which was needed for a family of 4, but the 4th bed was not a real bed and too hard to sleep on.
As we knew, the hotel was somewhat further away from the main attractions, but we rented a car and had no problem to drive a little while (30 - 45 minutes). In the neighborhood of the hotel you can find some nice international restaurants and supermarkets. We can absolutely recommend this hotel to others.

Its far from main city centre. But there is bus stop just 5 mins walk away. Hotel is excellent in terms of cleaning ness and service. Staff is very polite especially the reception staff. Rooms are very clean.

We stayed here as a stopover. Luckily our room was ready as we arrived at 08.30. Staff very friendly and professional. Family room great. Spacious and clean. Free bottles of water. Heated rooftop pool was a godsend with two small kids. Also had a selection of inflatables. Free pool towels. Took about 30mins from the airport by taxi, but we'd realised that prior to booking. All we wanted was a clean family friendly hotel with a pool, and we got that. The reception staff even allowed us to print our boarding cards. Food in the restaurant was probably above average for price but good selection. Breakfast was great. If one adult paid for the Premier breakfast (full English) then two kids under 16yrs could eat for free.

For a reasonably-priced, relatively "low frills" hotel, this place is spot-on. Clean, not fancy, but has all the basics, pleasant rooms, good free wifi, and a Costa cafe in the lobby with good coffee (avoid the hotel restaurant though). The service was particularly good; extremely friendly and helpful staff; they helped me print out boarding passes, book tours of Dubai, etc. The one drawback of this place is the location; if you're here to explore Dubai, it takes some time to get anywhere. It's about a half-hour from the center of town by car, longer by metro; the hotel has a shuttle to the local metro and a few other relatively close points of interest. For us it was still worth it, given that a similar hotel room in downtown Dubai would have been 2-3x the price, but something to keep in mind. Apart from that though, an excellent place.

Unflexible staff, ended up charging us for an extra room, they blamed the Third party and did not show any flexibility. Only hotel in Dubai that doesn't have a standard wc-shower. Location is in such a boring and awkward Place, you are better off paying a little extra and stay at non-jabel ali hotel.

Was a little apprehensive about a family room but the converted sofa bed was comfortable for our 10 year old. It is a distance from the main part of Dubai (we were mainly in Jumeirah) but the roads were easy to travel on to the Green Community. There are still roadworks on the way back which confused the GPS.
Bed were comfy, hotel clean. The breakfast gave a good choice. For a one night stay it was ideal.

The staff makes this place! We were greeted warmly at check-in, and it continued from there. No matter the time of day, there were smiling, pleasant people at the reception desk. We didn't really need anything- excellent room care, and a well-cleaned, well-prepared room, but they were kind about giving advice about the city.
Not really near much of anything, but there is a shuttle that can drop you at the metro if you time it right, and once you're on the metro, Dubai is your oyster, as it were.
There IS a really great international grocery store, that is the other stop on the free shuttle. If you are looking for anything- soy milk, razors, ice cream, whatever, it will probably be there.
The pool is small, but on the roof, which is fun
The restaurant is fine, but there are better options at the shopping center located across the street, connected to the grocery store- really good Thai food!

This is not a great bet if you want to stay IN Dubai. Its not in the heart of the city AT ALL. However, for the price, its a great place to be if you're ok taking a taxi to the metro, and then getting into the city.

It is FAR AWAY FROM THE AIRPORT. The metro runs from the airport to a spot very close to the hotel, but you still need a taxi from the metro to the hotel. And the metro stops running at some point in the evening (maybe 10pm?)
