It is bad to invest huge amount of money in buildings and furniture and forget about people, I stayed in this big hotel one night on business trip, the reception gave me hard time since checkin all the way to check out, as I arrived at 8:30'PM I request room upgrade as this usual all respectfully hotel subject to room availability, the receptionist told that there is a room and that is possible, however, he changed his mind after making little chat with boss which was obvious it was game playing. I said okay, it is fine, the problem that the receptionist claimed that he managed hard to get me a room that Should've been already reserved for me since 3 PM, this was also followed by a stupid argument on his action. After 2 mistakes, He receptionist apologized and offered me an exemption of the hotel deposit of about 150 USD, but he ended up he blocking it on my Credit Card, another promise breaking. Last, I requested a late checkout and they approved it but it wasn't activated on my key so when went back to my room at 2 PM the did work, I asked the house keeping guy to open it but he refused, and asked me to call the reception who didn't answer even after many calls. I finally proceeded from the sixth floor to reception for key activation and wasted time waiting in a long line but again the key didn't work. For sure, this is not Hilton that I know.
