Old hotel which needs a lot of upkeep. A lingering musty smell every where and using the Service lifts added to this bad feeling. Rooms are large and clean though the shower curtains were stained.
Breakfast was good but repetitive. Average service with an effort at being friendly by people like Mr.Omar. Majority of the staff seem to be disgruntled and the chef has never heard of a poached egg. The staff at the Reception seem to be more friendly.
Very expensive for this level and I am sure there are better options available.
