The services are in general good, the same for the daily breakfast. The location is ok. It's close to the centre of the city, including the night market, just a short walk to there. However, the private bathroom does not work very well. It is small, what could not be a big problem in general, but the drain was clogged so every time I took a shower the whole bathroom was flooded like a pool. Also, about the services they have never organised the room while I was out. So, when I arrived I usually seen a new towel in my bed, but the rest was pretty much the same. In addition, the wifi was free, but very slow.

The owner is the most lovely lady I've met in Laos. The price was in line with the accomodations (I think around ~ $25 usd for ac room). They also do laundry on site for rates similar to those that you would find walking around so we also had our laundry done (I think I had around 6-7 kg!).

The breakfast and bread was also very good and served by the always smiling owner. I would definitely stay at Liberty again if I every find myself in Luang Prabang.

We weren't initially meant to be staying here but arrived so late that the place we had booked was full so we came here instead and I'm glad we did! The rooms were basic but nice, main thing that they were clean and the shower had hot water which is always a plus. Good selection for breakfast which is included in the price and the staff were great, really helpful. We booked our onward bus through the guesthouse and it was the same price or cheaper than some of the other quotes we had. Definitely recommend this place!

We stayed here for one night as our preferred accommodation was fully booked. The price was practically the same but the standard wasn't.
The lady who was working for the 24 hours we were there was lovely and smiley. The breakfast was tasty and there's a few options to choose from.
We had room number 12 which was on the ground floor. Throughout the night there was banging coming from above us, not too sure why.
The room had no window so it was extremely dark and you had to use the lights. Walls were dirty, the underneath of the sink in the bathroom was all exposed and it didn't look too clean either.
The door shut properly but part of the top had come away letting in a stream of light. This made it annoying when trying to sleep.
Room came with a fridge, TV, cupboard and desk. Air con worked well.
Perhaps the other rooms are nicer? I would see the reviews for the other guest houses I stayed at in LP as they were roughly the same price.
Staff here ask where you are going - all the time!

Let me start by saying the vietnamese owner Ho Chi Minh,is a nice and helpful person,but........the rooms are dirty, and have an awful stench. The room we had downstairs was so tiny, which is tolerable, but again the walls have marks on them, the furniture-which just fits is extremely tired. The miniture bathrooms, permeate a stench of foul faeces.
The location is far from town, located in a very dark backstreet,so very spooky for females at night. It costs roughly $4US to get to the centre of town each way,so is costly to go back and forth.
We had friends staying in the centre of town,in a much bigger room, that was $5 cheaper-and clean.
Overall, all the favourable reviews drew us to stay here, but these can only be fashioned through friendship with the owner.Yes he is a nice boy,but as stated for the price and location-do your research.

The room was basic and a little unkempt, walls were a bit dirty and some bugs in the bathroom which would also smell from time to time. The staff is friendly but the hotel is out of town (10 min walk) and the price doesnt really seem to reflect that.
