We had lunch at Apsara - just two dishes but both were expertly prepared and nicely served. One dish was a papaya salad with beef - the meat was nice and tender. The other was a fried noodle dish with dark soya sauce, again very nice. The dinner menu has more choice so if we had time we would go back to try that. The dining room is very elegant; this is a very classy place.
