We first ate here 6 years ago. And it was just as good as we remembered it. We're just sad that we couldn't get a table in the back garden. I guess that we learned that it's better to book ahead. However, we were welcomed into the front section of the restaurant, which is ideally located for a little apres-dinner stroll through the night market.
I found the menu to be full of choice; the wine list well chosen and good value.
Service was attentive without being obtrusive. Even the chef came out after our main course to inquire into our meal.
Major credit cards are accepted - which is a good thing as this place (after a good bottle of wine) is perhaps not for those traveling on a shoestring. That being said, if you're tired of chicken and rice and you're looking for an excuse to put on your 'nice shoes' then DO go here! You won't be sorry. It's a lovely place that offers charm, ambiance and inventive fusion cuisine for the discerning traveler.
