This was the first time I went to sea, with my boyfriend. We don't have high expectations, it's true, some old people complained about the hotel, but we had an amazing week. The hotel was safe, clean, the people were friendly, the food was not spicy enough, but it was ok. The beach was a bit filthy, but in my opinion, the best beach was our one. The hotel was not far away from the center, but it was far enough, that the beach was not that crowded. We really enjoyed our stay here!

we stayed at royal jinene (4*) which shared the 3* jinene and id just like to say that this was one of the best trips ever. the hotel was beautiful. We really found the staff helpful and loved every moment of it and id lov to go again. I hope you choose this hotel and hope you wont be dissapointed.we also loved the entertainment provided for the children and adults all day until 5 next to the beach and the lovely night time entertainment provided by the entertainers. That was truly a pleasure!!!

Stayed here for 1 week in May all inclusive in the Royal Jenine (4 star part, Jenine is the 2 star part). The rooms were basic and not up to a UK 4 star hotel standard, but were very clean and had what you needed. If you are a couple the beds are 2 single beds pushed together. The rooms were quiet as the disco is in the standard Jenine hotel part. I say disco, but actually its really just the animations team and many kids in a bar area on stage. I found the food to be good and there was lots of choice. There is a Chef there every meal with one item cooked fresh for you (eg on the grill, fried etc) plus 5 or 6 other main dishes and desserts. Only thing I didnt like was that you have 1 table for your entire stay and if you are 2, you must sit with 2 strangers, even though there are many empty tables..... could be OK depending on who you're sharing with.
Its about 4km from the centre of Sousse and the beach is almost non existant but the pool area is good and the staff very friendly. Would go again for the price that we paid.

arrived at Jinene and found we were upgraded to the Royal Jinene next door. This was amazing and i would go back again. Ideal for families - the food was great especially the pancakes and choices available, the chefs funny! staff friendly, a quiet location and 5 dinar into sousse. My father is in a wheelchair and had no problems as ramps and lifts were in place.

Beach small but you can walk along left or right to bigger ones. Our room looked over the local landowners veg patch with the sea and palm trees close by. Please buy your camel trip off Habib on site as he is lovely - as were all staff and service. I cannot wait to return.
