just returned from this hotel,this is my second visit, had a great time, hotel clean, food,good, staff very friendly, rooms large and clean,the gardens around the hotel are well kept, the hotel is in a good location. booked this hotel with thomas cook, and our rep moez was great. would recommend this hotel to anyone, cant wait to go back.

I do not recommend this hotel if you are waiting for a four stars hotel.
To begin with, the personal at the reception was not professional at all and one of the men was quite disrespectful whenever we would ask for information.
The whole hotel looked old and shabby. There was no one to help us carry the luggage to the room and we were very loaded and the room was very far away!
They would only give us one key for the room when we asked for two of them.
At the description of the hotel they said they have wifi at the room and IT IS NOT TRUE! They only have wifi at the lobby.
The only good thing was the helpful and cheerful staff at the restaurant.
There were only two electrical plugs on the whole room, one of them connected to the tv (there was not even one at the bathroom!). They did not have hairdryer at the room and if you needed one you have to leave a deposit of 20 TND (10€ in order to use for one hour only!!). The “white” towels at the room where grey and very old (they were falling apart).

My husband and i had never been in Tunisia and decided to go for the month of January. This hotel was very good, staff friendly, hotel clean, food alright, an a choice of deciding to stay and eat at Marhaba Club for meals or if you fancied a change by being all inclusive at the Club you are able to go across to The Marhaba to eat. Unfortunately my only complaint was that my husband being wheelchair bound was unable to get the use of the indoor pool because he could not get the chair in without it being lifted, with him in it, over the small wall outside the front door of the pool , massage, sauna and beauty building. The animation team try their best, a few of them try really hard to speak with you, " Simo " all the best for your wedding. Over all i would recommend this hotel to family an friends. please remember you cannot please everybody all of the time, but all the staff will try their best to give you everything you need, The hotel is good value for money. Anyone going remember this country is not as forward as we are go with an open mind and enjoy yourself.....we did.

we went here in July gosh it was warm the hotel has air con welcome in the rooms great check in at night rooms clean and tidy although a little basic we had a great time here there are two restauraunts to choose from do try the one at the other hotel it ie excellent the entertainment team work really hard both day and night you have a choice of pools we stayed at the one with the water bar as the other one has water slides and can get a bit noisy all the syaff are very friendly remember they rely on tips to make up the wages so tipping a little can go a long way recomend this hotel
