Pleasant outdoor seating, varied menu of well prepared everyday type dishes, especially fresh fish. The large portions are easily shared ( we ended up feeding our leftovers t o a very friendly cat)

Our fried squid on 14/09/2012 came with decent french fries and a tasty side of mediterranean vegetables. Service was prompt and friendly, and portions were generous. The fried squid cost 85Kn per portion, and our bill, with a large and a small draught beer came to 205Kn. This restaurant has a nice terrace in summer. The grilled fish looked good as it was being taken to the people who had ordered it. This is the first place I would go for an inexpensive, good quality light lunch in Zadar. Malo Misto is round the corner from the market. We found Malo Misto in an old copy of the Rough Guide to Croatia. I'm surprised that no-one has reviewed it for Tripadvisor before.
