We stayed at Villa Gravic for 3 nights in July. Our flight was 2 hours late arriving but we phoned Ivana, the owner, from Zadar airport and she was on hand at 11.30 at night to greet us when we arrived at the villa, and was very friendly and helpful throughout our stay. The villa is in Diklo, a suburb of Zadar, about 15 mins drive from the centre and the airport. Accomodation is basically self-catering apartments, spotlessly clean and well-equipped, with a large balcony and sea view. The building is on a hill and rather exposed to the sun, so we found the rooms quite hot and the air con struggled to keep up but otherwise no complaints at all. Diklo itself has some nice bars and restaurants (we had a great dinner at Restoran Marinero on the seafront). There's only a small local beach, which was quite crowded, but there are other less busy beaches within 20 mins drive. I'd recommend Villa Gravic for a short stay or perhaps as a stopoff at the start or end of a holiday in Croatia. Particular mention to Ivana - the perfect hostess!
