The rooms are comfortable, nice and spacious. There's a touch of a minimalistic decoration that I liked. I also liked the spacious and clean bathroom. Beds are comfortable, the sleep quality fine, but you have to prepare yourself that the hotel is located in a very crowded street and the noisy traffic could awake you very early. The wifi connection is free of charge and of good quality.
The room lighting is very weak, I could barely read and do my job.
As a five star hotel, I expected to have a coffee or a tea maker in the room, but there wasn't n any of that.
The breakfast was not plentiful and the coffee tasteless.
Unlike the breakfast, the dinner was very good.
In spite of the disappointment at the breakfast, I have to say that the F&B staff was very helpful and kind, at the restaurant and at the bar. They had a lot of work, but that didin't bother them to be very patient and dedicated to the guests.
I'm sorry that I can't say the same about the front desk staff. They shown apsolutely no interest to help me with the lugagge and neither to offer any explanation to get a hold of the hotel area.
If you want to get to the historical centre, it will take about 20 minutes of walking, There's a large shoping mall near by the hotel.
To conclude: it's a nice hotel, clean and decently decorated, comfortable rooms, but I'm not so sure about it's five rating.
