I stayed here while on a group tour, so I do not know what the cost of the room would be, but was very pleased with my stay and would recommend. To actually get there, it will seem odd to walk through an archway, into a courtyard and then enter what seems to be a building under renovation, but once you get to the 4th floor reception it is new and lovely. My room was on the 5th floor, so you have to carry your suitcase up from there. The room seemed recently renovated with a very comfortable bed with a nice wood headboard with "Ekaterina" inlaid. Lovely turret-like window and curtain felt very "princess-like". Great shower and blow dryer. Very quiet at night. Small mini-bar fridge which I moved a bit of stuff out of to place my own items. Location is central and walking distance to seemingly everything. WiFi worked great. Breakfast was included for our tour group and we had to order the night before. Great cappuccino and cherry crepes, nice, large omelets, and good eggs and bacon. Servers were super polite. Nice view from the restaurant. Allow a few extra minutes at check out, as they send someone to check your room before you can leave. Would definitely stay again and one of the nicer hotels on the Ukraine trip.
