You can barely identify there is a hotel there when you are next to the main enterance to this hotel, but once you enter it feels like magic: very warm and friendly environment both in the rooms and in the public spaces, very nice bathrooms and very friendly staff. The decorations make the place feel like a warm and welcoming family mansion. There is free cold water during the day, coffee and hot chocolate in the evenings. Breakfast is either pancakes or Guatemalean eggs, toast and beans, both excellent, though not very large, but the staff replenish anything you ask, And the breakfast room feels just right, not too large, cosy and friendly. The rooms are a bit small, but there are lovely public spaces next to all of them. And the roof offers a spectacular view of the whole Antigua region.
Room Tip: Try to get a room on the second floor. There are lovely nooks you can sit and read or write or medit...
