“Great Bread & Sandwich”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 26, 2013

If you are going to the beach or getting on the boat and you need sandwiches - this is the place to go. In fact - if you need sandwiches - go here. I've never had a sandwich I didn't love. The bread is amazing - and although I am partial to the herb bread....my son recently got a tuna on rye - and the rye was very good w/seeds too - which is always a bonus.
Note - the sandwiches are huge - so getting a half is totally appropriate if you are not sharing.

My other son - who doesn't eat sandwiches (picky!) - loves their blueberry buckle and coffee cake. :)

“Great lunch spot!”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 23, 2013

The sandwiches are great! Helpings were big, so come hungry. The bread selection was great. So many to choose from. They should add a gluten-free bread option, though.

“Good sandwiches”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed July 17, 2013

Good sandwiches, great bread and cookies. Hard to get to unless you bike or have a car. Muffins are not so great. No indoor seats - picnic tables and take out.

“Order in advance or you have to wait a long time.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed July 9, 2013

Must call and order sandwiches before you arrive. It is often a long wait. There is a nice area to sit on picnic table and relax. Be sure to know the sizes. Half a sandwich is the same size as a regular sandwich somewhere else.

“Sandwich heaven”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed June 24, 2013

Really good value for money compared to other Nantucket lunch stops. Wide choice of sandwiches freshly made to order on delicious range of breads baked on site. Service well organised, friendly and with a smile. Cookies fab especially the oatmeal &raisin. Pleasant outdoor seating area. Perfectly located for a picnic on Steps Beach.
