We are season pass holder and have been for several years, we spend thousands of dollars at 6 flags every year. We even travel to parks out of our area. We plan vacations around six flags in many occasions. My son left his 2013 season pass on the counter and accidently brought his 2012 season pass. We were forced to pay a 5 dollar fee to “LOOK UP’’ his season pass. In addition I purchased a one day for a family member and was charged a $7.99 processing fee. I can understand that you want to make a profit on the food, games, and drinks but it was insulting to have to pay to “LOOK UP” an account. I will not be spending any more money with six flags ONE $5 DOLLAR FEE HAS MADE ME DECIDE TO NOT MAKE ANY MORE PURCHASES AT SIX FLAGS!!! I WIL NOT BE BUYING ANY FOOD OR DRINKS AT THE PARK FOR THE REMAINDER OF MY 2013 PASS AND WILL NOT BE PURCHASING A PASS FOR 2014. THERE ARE MANY OTHER THINGS I CAN DO WITH MY FAMILY THAT DO NOT GOUGE ME A LONG TIME HIGH PROFIT CUSTOMER.
