We have stayed at the Gov. Calvert House multiple times throughout the years, and have always enjoyed it. Located across from the State Capitol and within easy walking distance to shopping, the Academy, downtown restaurants, historic homes, etc. Valet parking costs $25/night but it's worth it b/c street parking is scarce. Rooms are nice.

The hotel's location is unbeatable, right in the center of Annapolis next to the State House. The value of the bed and breakfast package is amazing. You get an included breakfast at a great little restaurant. Parking is a little tough, but once you figure that out, you are set for a great time.

We stopped here on our way to Maine, after a long drive I couldn't have asked for a better stay. Everyone here is just so nice and they do excellent at their jobs. I will definitely recommend this Inn to anyone visiting the Maryland area or just driving by. I found this Inn by searching the local area hotels and saw all the great reviews as i was unaware of trip advisor before hand. I now became a member and will be using this for my trips ahead. Thank you again

This hotel is fine- clean and safe. The only problem is that there is a serious lack of parking. You can get the valet to come from the main hotel to whichever inn you are staying at and pick up your car, but it is kind of a pain.

This place ROCKS!!! I spent 3 months living and working in Annapolis. My home became the Maryland Inn part of the Historic Inns of Annapolis. I have to say that everyone at the Hotel treated me as if I were family. Everyone knew me by name and greeted me even when I was walking down the street and they were off work. They have many Groups there because of the meeting space and I always heard such positive comments about the Inns. They are truly the heart and soul of Annapolis. If I ever go back I will stay there again. Forget those corporate brand hotels. Historic Inns is the place to be!!! And for the Best dinner of Crab Cakes in town, The Treaty of Paris is the place to go!!!

I loved this quaint litte hotel! I loved the historic aspects of the inn and my room was more than I expected. I had never been to Annapolis before and found the location of the hotel to be very convenient for someone traveling alone in a city they have never been to before. My only complaints were my bed was very, very noisy, but I loved my room so much i didn't feel to the need to complain and no night time room service.

Charming, beautifully decorated, spacious room. Very clean. Comfortable bed. Lots of nice extra touches like extra pillows and linens. Windows that actually opened for fresh air. Nice spread of coffee and muffins in the morning. Only complaint was the vending machines were out of water for 3 days. Bring your own water to be on the safe side.
