“1st Class in 1st Class Town!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 21, 2011

This was my first stay in the Westin Annapolis and my opinion is if you are looking for a first class hotel, look no more. This hotel truly lives up the Westin Brand reputation. Super clean rooms, extreely comfortable beds, freindly staff and a great bar. While the location requires a little walk to get to the marina, for $0.50 a person, you can take one of the citys fantastic trolly like busses right to the downtown. We walked it also, and it is a nice walk, especially after dinner. A great location. Use your AAA card.

Staying at this Westin was a GREAT experience! From the moment we stepped out of the cab, to the moment we left, there was nothing but happy and willing people to assist us with anything we needed. This is the way a hotel experience should be, and if in the area again, the Westin will be our 1st choice!

Room Tip: There is noo bad room here.

I stayed at the Westin on a Thursday night for a business event and I wish I never had to leave the room- it was great! The bed was so incredibly comfortable that I took home the brochure so I can dream about buying the bed itself & the bedding. The bathroom was nice, room was remodeled or new. I ordered a special breakfast that wasn't listed in the delivery & they accommodated it along with bringing my chai tea from the coffee shop in the lobby!
The gym was minimal as only had treadmills and bikes but did the trick.
My car did mistakenly end up in valet all night which cost me $23 but all in all, the service was great and the room was fabulous! Also in a great location in Annapolis. It's walking distance to shops and restaurants.

We stayed for four days for the Powerboat Show. I got a good deal with my AAA card. The amenities of the hotel included a great workout area and nice indoor pool, Starbucks coffee shop, and their location to restaurants and shopping. The restaurant in the lobby, Annapolis grill, was excellent!

Only one night, but we had a great location and easy walk to historic district and boat show.
Very upscale, newish and clean. We didn't like our view of cemetary and they immediately moved us to other side of hotel. Efficient staff. We will stay here again!!!!

Room Tip: If you don'at like to wake up to a view from a cemetary--just ask for rooom on opposite side.

My wife and I recently stayed at the Westin Hotel Annapolis which served as "homeplate" for my USNA Class Reunion.

Our first contact with hotel staff were Sean and Paul who helped unload our car and get us settled in our room. Later in the evening, Sean drove the hotel shuttle and picked us up after we ate dinner downtown and brought us back to the hotel. Both young men were perfect in appearance and decorum. Extremely polite and helpful. A big credit to the hotel and just the beginning of an outstanidng hotel experience for my wife and me.

Mr. Hohenstein
Thank you for your kind words about our staff. We do enjoy working with the USNA and have hosted many of their events at the hotel. Sean and Paul truly enjoy what they do and it shows with the levels of service they provide every guest.

Thank you for staying at The Westin Annapolis. We look forward to your next visit.

This hotel is excellent. Friendly staff, very clean, super comfortable beds.

We stayed here to attend the sailboat show and walked to and from the show each day...only a 25-30 minute walk. The location is very convienient to shops and restaraunts.

Parking was $5/day which is excellent for Annapolis.

We ate at the italian place next store (can't remember the name) and the food was pretty good.

Thank you for your great review.

We are very pleased that the city of Annapolis has lowered the self parking rate to $5.00 per day. This is a tremendous value for our city. The city also provides a Trolley that leaves from in front of the hotel and runs to the waterfront for those who do not wish to walk.

We have many fine restaurants within walking distance of the hotel. The Italian restaurant that you are speaking of is Carpaccio right across the street.

Thank yo for staying at the Westin. We look forward to being your host in the future
