“Great service”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed December 17, 2013

Enjoyed a great dinner in relaxed atmosphere. Waitress was very attentive.
Only complaint - a bit chilly

“Yech!”
1 of 5 stars Reviewed October 13, 2013

This was easily one of the worst restaurant meals I have ever been served. It was a busy Saturday night, so that is why they get one star. Otherwise, it would have been zero. The server tried hard to please but just couldn't get it right. Being without silverware for over thirty minutes forced us to eat our appetizers with our fingers. Someone in our party tried to find silverware on their own, but could never find it. Having asked three different people, we were sure it would show up soon! Unfortunately, there was still no silverware when the main courses arrived. A burger ordered well done was oozing blood. The bacon that was ordered crispy was limp and fatty. This dish was sent back only to arrive 30 minutes later still cooked the same. Everyone else had finished their meals by then.Fries also were underdone and limp. The pasta dish was tasteless and had dry lifeless chicken on it. Hardly worth eating. Despite our server's best efforts this meal was a complete disaster and we won't be returning soon.

“Solid, Satisfying”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed August 5, 2013

I've been a frequent patron of this restaurant having lived in the area for many years. It never disappoints, but it's never anything too special either. The deals are always great, $10 for an appetizer and good size portion of a selection of entrees. The wait staff is always friendly and inviting. The last time I went, however, the waitress was a little unnerving. She would come to our table, barely say a word and stare at you until you realized you had to do the talking. She was very polite, though. Also, my friend received her meal with a label from a can inside. Both the uncleanliness and the idea that they use canned foods was concerning. The manager, however, brought out a completely new meal and paid for it. The place has been refurbished in the bar area with different tables and a more open feel, having knocked down a wall. Beware that the happy hour drinks are not on happy hour at the booths near the bar, only at the bar itself, which seems ridiculous. I think I'll be staying away from chains for a while.

“Why not try something new?”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed March 27, 2012

I'm not a fan of chain restaurants, I avoid them like the plague. When you live in, or visit, the Annapolis area, why on Earth would you go to TGI Fridays when we have so many amazing culinary treasures just a few blocks and/or miles away??? But, if you want a good solid meal, this Friday's is clean and we've always had good service. We've been here several times due to gift cards we've received and/or everything in the area has an hour-long-wait on a weekend night and we just want a quick meal with our Toddler. The service has always been really nice, fast, and honest (we got a free meal once because they brought us the wrong dessert afterwards, so they comp'd our entire meal even though we didn't ask for it!!!). If you need "chain", this is better than the chain places around the mall.

“Needs a retresh”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed January 21, 2012

T;Gl Friday's ... uninformed servers, if enthusiastic. An upgraded Applebee's. Needs a refresh more than it has been.
