My wife and I celebrated our 17th wedding anniversary with a romantic dinner for two at Carrol's Creek. We enjoyed a private candle lit table for two overlooking the water. We chose a lovely bottle of white wine (Washington vineyard) from the ample wine list. The Cream of Crab soup was a great choice for each of us as we began the meal. Very nice size lump crap meat throught the soup. For our main dish my wife enjoyed the fresh catch of the day grilled with fresh veggies. I selected a beef tenderloin topped with seafood & light white wine sauce. The portions were so nice we didn't save room for dessert. This was a special meal for a special occassion all for under $100. The wait staff were attentive but kept appropriate distance so that we could linger and drink in the experience. On our way out the door, a cozy cocktail bar caught my eye. I made a mental note to remember this spot when the weather warms this spring.
