Clean room, very nice location, walking distance to 24HR CVS, located in a private, professional business park. SAVED $$$ by preparing our own delicious meals. 10 minutes drive to the grocery store.
Good staff. Extremely reasonable rates.

Angie is the nicest and most helpful manager i ever met... without her this hotel wouldnt be the same... she keeps this place going... she deserves a raise... she was gone on vacation for a few weeks and whomever ran the place for her did a terible job... it went down hill while she was gone..

Room Tip: ask for suites

The rooms all smelled and had the smoke detectors covered with plastic grocery bags. The bathtub fixtures did not work in one of the two rooms we first checked into, they gave us a third room which was in the same condition, the smell was a tiny bit better. But, the bathroom fixture still did not work. When complaining to the front desk, the broken English representative basically said it is what it is. We checked out of both rooms and went to a Hampton inn. Also the pet dander killed our allergies and dogs barked all night. The elevator ding was so loud you could hear it half way down the hall!

I had to stay in this extended stay for over a month and unfortunately the customer service has been awful. The front desk staff is rude and unable to perform menial tasks to make sure paying customers are happy with their stay. My mail was send back to sender without even an apology for the mistake. I will never stay here again if I can help it.
Hotel had to be fumigated twice and it has created a real bad experience during my stay.
My room gets "cleaned" but no fresh linen or towels are provided, such a shame.
Would like to know who manage this place.

Front desk staff was rude. Room had terrible odor even after opening windows. Went out to buy Febreeze but this did not help. Had to call housekeeping immediately to come a vacuum room as there were crumbs all over the floor. Bathroom smelled like urine. Hotel does not provide soap or shampoo. Had to request if needed. Same with kitchen supplies which come standard at a Residence Inn. Towels felt like sandpaper. Mattress was old and sloped into middle. Hotel was very noisy. I travel frequently and this ranks as one of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Would have left immediately but was booked at this property as part of a wedding block.

Room Tip: If you have to stay ask for top floor room.

Although the room was clean, it had an extremely uncomfortable bed. Stayed on a Saturday, was at the chiropractor on Monday.

Next time, I will spend the few extra dollars on a better hotel and take care of my back/neck.

**Not to be confused with the Extended Stay America hotel on Womach Drive, also in Annapolis**

I booked this studio suite for a week using a website that offers deep discounts but doesn't reveal the name of the hotel until after you've prepaid. Once I learned where I'd be staying, I checked the reviews here and was startled by how bad they were-- and briefly considered paying again to stay elsewhere. I'm glad I stuck with the plan. I have none of the concerns about cleanliness that were reported elsewhere, and everything in the room is in working order. My room appears to be freshly painted and has an updated look to it (apart from the bathroom, which is a bit dated), although the flourescent bulbs give a somewhat insitutional feel. The bathroom is small but functional, and the small kitchen is a plus-- it includes a full size refrigerator with freezer, a small microwave, a dishwasher, disposal, and two electric coils for cooking. The kitchen doesn't come with supplies already in the room-- you have to go to the desk and ask for what you want, but they have utensils, plates/bowls, dish towels, detergent, pots and pans, coffee makers, etc. They gladly gave me extra boxes of Kleenex and offered to swap out towels as needed. (Housekeeping comes only once a week.) They have 4 washers and 4 dryers for guest use, at $2 per cycle, and the front desk was happy to sell me quarters. The staff (Rashaad in particular) is very helpful and friendly. There's no safe in the room, but there is an iron/ironing board and hair dryer. The bed is comfortable, and I haven't experienced any noise. The A/C works well and quietly. The hotel is located near major commuter routes but is not close to the touristy part of Annapolis. The Hilton Garden Inn is just a block away and charges comparable rates; having stayed in both this month, frankly, I'd choose Extended Stay over Hilton for the bigger room and kitchen.
