We had a wonderful dinner at Ego y Narciso, where we were seated at a table on Bolivar Square. The mixed ceviche was the best we had in Panama--very interesting, varied ingredients and extremely fresh. The octopus entree with the balsamic reduction was delicious as well and our waiter was both attentive and well informed, even though the restaurant was very busy. The Gorgonzola Panna Cotta dessert was outstanding.
