I visited this new sushi restaurant in El Cangrejo this week. The restaurant interior is nice but that is about the only good thing I can say. Service was slow with only one waitress but the worst was to come. I ordered a couple of pieces of sushi and a roll.
When the sushi arrived it was horrendous. The rice was a mushy paste that did not resemble sushi rice whatsoeover. My nigiri sushi was a large brick of this nasty rice topped with the worst piece of tuna I have ever seen in a sushi restaurant. It was clearly the cheapest cut of tuna they could find. The rolls were more of this nasty rice covered with slivers of nasty cheap fish and dollops of cream cheese (since they were out of avacado). I could not eat it. I tried the miso soup which was also a nasty soy concoction which tasted wierd. I left that restaurant feeling nauseous and sure enough started vomiting less than an hour later and proceeded to have diareah and vomit for the next ten hours. I am slowly recovering. This restaurant has put a devout sushi lover off sushi for a long time
