Took the train from Panama to Colon. Did have complimentary coffee. The dome car was full but we sat in one of the oversized windows & watched the scenery. There was no intercom or someone reporting on what you were seeing. We had to guess. Maybe if there was a brochure or something to read. We knew we were not going to be right on the water so it didn't bother us. Expensive for the 1 hour one way ($25). We were picked up in Colon so we didn't have to find something to do, the station is in the middle of construction zone & I didn't see anywhere to walk to.
