This is a good trip, the boat is a good size, the staff friendly and you do get to see the Panama Canal in action. It does have its drawbacks however. it's much longer than advertised as other people have said, as you have to wait for bigger ships before you can go through a lock. There must have been 200 people on board the boat. There was plenty of food but it was crowded with the sort of stresses that only big crowds can bring. You get treated, albeit well meaningly, like a sheep. Only go on this if you have nothing else to do with the day, you are patient and don't mind going round with big groups of Americans.
