“Very Welcoming”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 7, 2013

Like the other reviewers note, this is a small restaurant bar full of atmosphere. The food and drink was above average. The staff was very friendly and a lot of fun. Most likely, Roberto Duran will show up and make his way around to everyone. He loves to have his picture taken with you and is just a real sweet guy.

It's great to see such a legend hanging out with regular people and enjoying himself and his fame.

Before your are ready to go, I suggest getting with the staff outside to call you taxi as it may take a while to get one. We did have a long wait.

Regardless, make the effort to visit and you won't be disappointed.

“Lively with great energy”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed March 5, 2013

The place is small AND intimate. The live entertainment was good. The food was soooo good. I had the fish, rice and beans and the flavor was delicious. The crowd was pretty diverse and the staff works very hard to keep up with the crowd. Some people were even dancing.

However, don't order a strawberry marquerita. They really get it wrong, otherwise, all was well. We expected the prices to be higher but only paid about $40 for dinner for two. Really!

“Alot of fun”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 2, 2013

A fun place. Lots of Duran fight memorabilia on the walls. Fights were playing on videos constantly. Food was good, nothing special. Highlight of the evening was when Roberto Duran showed up. The place went wild. He came around to each table individually, shook hands, encouraged pictures. It was just plain fun. He was very personable and it is worth going just to have the opportunity to shake hands with a great fighter who warmly greets you to Panama. I would go back in a minute.

“Great place to vist!!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed December 11, 2012

I was walking around and stopped to take a picture, a nice lady invited me to come in and see inside the restaurant, I ended having "Pescado a la chorrillera" and two diet coca colas, suddenly a man asked me about my experience in the restaurant and I was surprised to see it was Roberto Duran himself!! He is a very nice guy and a proud for all Panamanians,I'm so glad I found this restaurant by coincidence and I highly recommend this place to all visitors,is just a block away from tryp panama centro and venetto.

The food was really good, the service was good, I tried the famous "Pescado a la Chorrillera" and it was delicious.
Roberto Duran was there and came to the table to thank us for coming to the restaurant.
