Ate here w/ my husband & parents for dinner our second night in town. We had been exploring the area during the day, saw the restaurant, & were all excited to try "authentic" Panamanian cuisine. It was a Monday night, so very slow business- wise. Only one other group in the place. Decor was cool, service was good, & food, overall, was good as well. Out of 4 meals, the fried fish (whole) & ropa vieja were the winners. All dishes were served w/ the same rice/ beans & platinos combo as sides. I just can't give the place 5 stars, as there was no "atmosphere". Nothing wrong with anything, overall a good experience, but nothing jumped out as being spectacular. After a week in the City I can also say that I do feel that it was a bit overpriced for what you got. Hubs had the exact same fish 2 other times later in the week for at least $5 less each time. So, yes, it is good, but not perfect.
