The first time we ate there, we enjoyed the experience so much we made reservations to come back before we left. We are what many people would probably consider to be foodies. The food there was very well designed, prepared and presented. It was adventurous and tasty. Quinoa with lentils and vegetables as a base for sea bass. Beautifully prepared vegetables in a light shrimp bisque topped with shrimp sitting on a thin rice cake. Deconstructed tres leches cake. Etc., etc.. Good wine list...nothing very special but also nothing very expensive. Service was very good, efficient but not clingy. Small friendly place. Seating is either in bar or in outdoor courtyard (too hot for me). I hear they have a golf cart that will pick you up if you're staying in Casco Viejo. But then, I guess you could just stay in their hotel.
