We ate lunch here with our tour guide. We all ordered corvina (Pacific sea bass), as it is a local specialty. My fillet "al ajillo" (in garlic sauce) was very good, especially accompanied by the "arroz Pencas" (rice cooked in coconut water). My wife ordered the whole fried corvina with pacatones (double-fried plantain rounds -- very good) and was less impressed with her fish.
The tables on the terrace overlooking the Pacific are very comfortable and provide better views than those inside the air-conditioned section.
Others have criticized the service. Our waitress, Daisy, was very friendly, attentive and efficient -- absolutely no complaints.
