This restaurant, which has been in operation for over twenty years, is frequented by locals who want to indulge in local cuisine, while avoiding greasy food.
Their food is truly the best Panamanian food in town. Good choices are the sancocho (chicken soup) and the arroz con pollo (rice and chicken). If you feel adventurous, try the patacones (fried plantains) and chicharrones (pork rinds). Their ceviche is outstanding.
Service is fast and the waiters will go out of their way to assist with the menu. Prices are more than reasonable.
