“What a great restaurant!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 16, 2013

This restaurant wan't our first choice that night, but boy am I glad my friends ended up taking me there while visiting them in Panama city. What an extensive food menu and good wine list. We all loved our food selections. As another reveiwer said, it is a hidden gem!
Recommondation: from the appetizer section, you must try the chef's Mexican Ceviche!

We went there for dinner and didn't fail us. The grilled octopus was amazing, the dessert is good too.Reservation is a must, A very good experience indeed in that side of the city.

“Great Food in a Hidden Spot.....”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed January 28, 2013

Great little restaurant, hidden around the corner from Multi Plaza.......

Inside the restaurant is a little too bright with spot and strip lighting.... Some nicely laid out tables and booths......A great little terrace outside for those wanting to enjoy the evening temperatures...

This place is not cheap.... be prepared!!! Great dishes, great use of food and awesome presentation...

Service is good....and swift too..... I think this would be more of a group thing rather than a romantic dinner..... All the same - take a visit for a taste of Peru - the next best thing to visiting the country......

“I wish I could go every day”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 27, 2013

Best peruvian food in town. It is a little pricey, but everything I've tried was excellent. Don't forget to ask for a Pisco Sour to start. Need to make reservations, it is always full.

“Great Peruvian food in Panama!”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed January 20, 2013

The Segundo Muelle is a great restaurant for those who love Peruvian food or for those wishing to try Peruvian food. I would recommend starting with the classic ceviche made with Corvina (sea bass), along with the baked scallops with parmesan cheese (conchas al la parmesan). For your main course I would recommend either rice with seafood (arroz con mariscos) or beans and rice with seafood (Tacu Tacu con mariscos). For dessert you shouldn't miss the Peruvian classic Suspiro a la Limena (kind of a super sweet pudding). In summary, this is a great restaurant, defiantly worth trying when you are in Panama. I would recommend making reservations, especially on the weekend as the restaurant gets very busy. They do have valet parking, and there is a parking lot in back as well.
