The national palace/museum was an impressive building by itself, but it also had some very interesting exhibits, covering all aspects of Nicaragua. From the geology, paleontology, and pre-Colombian cultures...to the climate, the arts, and the many cultures/celebrations around the country. We only had about an hour to spend here, but we learned quite a bit. Worth the visit.
