“Nice restaurant”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed August 2, 2014

The steak with spinach sauce I ordered was very well prepped. Really enjoyed it.

The dessert I had "turron de Chocolate" but what I received looked like nothing like a real turron. If they would make their (own?) desserts as well as the meat, it would become a 100 % choice.

“Best churrasco in town”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed May 31, 2014

Well, I haven't eaten in every restaurant in the country, but I've sampled quite a few, and I think this is the best churrasco I've found. The fish is also good. It's a very nice place, with white tablecloths, pretty colors, and interesting decor. The service is good too, quite professional. I've eaten here quite a few times, and it's not only good but consistent.

My only less than positive comment would be that the menu could be a little more varied, but it's still fine dining for Managua.

“The best Churrasco in Managua. Period.”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 17, 2014

The meat is excellent. Service very good and old fashioned loke the great restaurants in Buenos Aires today. Order the Gran Churrasco and split as it's always cut from the center of the filet for the the size. The wine selection is lacking,.... could do better in that sense,

“If you don't put the sauce on you are making a mistake”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 10, 2014 via mobile

This is a beautiful indoor/outdoor dinning facility. The salad was very fresh with a nice light vinaigrette dressing. We had a stacked appetizer which consisted of a fried plantain base piled with a large cube of fresh soft cheese that was slightly browned in oil and we topped it with a delicious fried black bean sauce. Sounds like a lot of frying but it was actually quite light. The absolute highlight of the meal was the flank steak. YES, flank steak. I had mine prepared rare. Absolutely one of the tenderness steaks I have had. It was thin which added even more to my astonishment of how tender it was. Although thin it was a huge cut of meat and more than enough. Delicious on its own but add the Chimmicurri (sp?) sauce and you have a true culinary delight. If you are ever in Managua go out of your way for this steak. The tres leche dessert was very good also.

“Wbailey”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed March 2, 2014

Great food. Great service. Both at the El Churrasco Galleria location. Chimmichuri is to die for. Norwing , the best service ever. I've dined at the Galeria location many, many times during the past 5 years and it's never let me down. Love the location. Great for people watching. Again, can't say enough good things about Norwing. He provides smiling, cheerful high-end service in both English or Spanish. I highly recommend the Galeria location if you like to be amongst people or the Metro Centro location for a more peaceful dining experience. But definitely, if you go to the Galeria location, ask for Norwing.
