This may be my favorite hotel in its category, and it is always difficult to identify something it can improve. This was the third time I've stayed in the hotel since April 2012, and the service is consistently "excellent".
I suspect that the secret is the people who work at the hotel. I've seen the same staff all three times, and they always seem to be happy to be at work. I still think Salvadorans are the best at customer service in the Western Hemisphere. They are professional and sincere.
