“Vegetarian Heaven”

I've been there a couple of times during my last visit to El Salvador. As a Canadian, I love to know what I eat and where it comes from, something that is sometimes not very easy in El Salvador. Plaza Kalpataru offered the variety and quality I was looking for. The daily buffet will give you the variety you're looking for. The staff is friendly and always looking for a way to make sure you have a great time.
As a summary: Be sure to visit Plaza Kalpataru on your next trip to El Salvador for a real vegetarian, all natural, delicious experience.

“Can't go wrong if you're a vegetarian”

I ordered a raw salad, which was not on the menu but they prepared very easily for me, the tomato soup and a pupusa with frijoles. All were delicious. They have a nice patio area, upstairs and down, which was quiet but mostly empty. However, all the restaurants we ate at on this trip were fairly empty. The service was very good, and the frozen drink was yummy.
