Also, soups like "borsch" which has its origin in Russia has a local touch with the cabbage ("kapuszki") are very nice and tasty, like other dishes. Salads are wonderful, especially "gherkin" which are small cucumber with vinegar. Carottte salade also very nice. You have kaviar and some fish food. Try the vodka with horseradish, a local varity of vodkas. Tasty and good. The service is excellent, very flexible. . The restaurant also has good muscians for occasions, with traditional ukrainen music, but the play all the music from the 70ies or even 50ies from the communiste area.
