“A must see”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 5, 2013

When you end up in Belgrade you have to go and see The Belgrade Fortress which is big area to explore so take at least 2 hours to enjoy all the views. If you are taking a free walking tour you will learn many important stories about Belgrade's history. A small tip is to take an underground tour in which you will see the shelters built under the Fortress.

“Secrets of Kalemegdan fortress”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed February 4, 2013

From the Belgrade Fortress you have a wonderful view of city and confluence of two rivers. You can see medley and vagueness of thousands of years old city. Belgrade has witnessed many battles, everybody wanted the city for themselves. But today it's a quiet place that will give you many secrets only if you know where to look. Nebojsa Tower, linked hidden caves, walls, monuments, museums, gate, all parts of the different time, all this and much more is encountered at the Belgrade Fortress.

One of the nicest things that you have to visit in Belgrade. The remains of the old fortress, observatory ... It provides a breathtaking view of Belgrade and the Sava river... Must visit!!!
