“Great Value Accommodation”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed October 9, 2013

This must be one of the best value accommodations in the whole of Serbia. Superior Room is exactly that - spacious, comfortable, and inexpensive. Great location, next to Kalemegdan fortress and the pedestrianised main street with its many cafes. Easily accessible from train and bus station (tram no: 2), good restaurants nearby if one wants to avoid the tourist traps of Skadarlia - try a meal at "?" (that is the restaurant's name, opposite the Orthodox Church). Reception staff very helpful and friendly. I have visited Belgrade every year for the last seven years, but only discovered this place this year. Will always stay here in future.

Room Tip: Only have experience of a Superior Room, and it was excellent.

Centrally located, quiet, spacious and clean! Previous reviewers are right, you are at the front door, ring the bell, up the 2nd floor via the stairs or the 1920s elevator. Receptionist was very helpful and asnwered all of our questions. Didn't try the breakfast as we were leaving very early, we shall definitely stay there again!

While choosing the right hotel for us, we were looking for something modern and with reasonable price. Booking Rooms definitely overcome our expectations.
This hotel is small but fantastic place. We were staying in a Superior Room that is cosy, bright , spacious and I can even say luxurious. Beds are brand new, so we had a very good sleep.
Location is perfect. This hotel is literally in the center of Belgrade, less than a minute from the main street, and two minutes form tram stations. The staff is very kind and helpful. Rooms are cleaned every day. I especially liked the big screen TV with a lot of English channels.
Be back for sure, and I will definitely recommend this place to my friends

Room Tip: Check the mini bar, they offer a few interesting drinks.

I stayed with my partner in an economy double room which was big enough and with big bathroom. The decoration was very nice, the signal of Wi-Fi excellent and the room was clean. The location of that B&B is brilliant! And for 46 Euros per night without breakfast is great value for money! The hotel has a massage chair which offers free of charge to all their guests. I found it a clever idea and it was really relaxing to have a 5-6 minutes massage after a full day!

The stuff is mixed. Which means that the 2 of the 3 ladies in the reception were outstanding while the third one not. Specifically, when I asked for an invoice for my company she responded like she never anybody asked for something like that. That she had to ask the manager and that she couldn’t understand what exactly I wanted her to write while I was only asking to write down the name of the company, the address and the VAT number. Then, when I asked for my passport back she told me that usually guests are taking the passport on their check-out but I insisted and she gave it back to me. A third incident with that lady is when she saw my partner and she asked if she had just arrived (we arrived separately). We responded that she had arrived yesterday in a different hour that me. The lady informed us in the most serious almost aggressive way that we should had inform her earlier. But why? We have booked a double room the whole time! Even if she had to registered the second person she could kindly just asked for his documents!

On the other hand the rest 2 women where absolutely wonderful! Always helpful and smiling!
The only negative aspect that I could criticize apart from this lady is the medium soundproof in the rooms.

It was really relaxing and causy. Near the center of the city. The personnel was very kind and helpful. Ideal for families, couples and solo travelers. The hotel was like a private building with separate apartments. The room was spatious and pleasantly decorated and the view which was not great, was at least interesting. The pedestrian street and a small green parc.

Room Tip: "1st floor double room is spatious and quiet"

The location of this hotel is perfect, the room was fantastic - top quality, especially considering the price! The staff were extremely helpful and keen to help. The breakfast was very nice too, worth the extra bit of money.
